As an Academic Support Officer, Uzma provides comprehensive guidance to students throughout their educational journey. Her responsibilities span admissions coordination, academic counselling, and troubleshooting student issues. Her dual perspective as both an AIE graduate and administrator enables her to offer particularly insightful support. In her Quality Assurance capacity, Uzma works to maintain and elevate institutional standards. Her MBA training informs her systematic approach to process improvement and academic management.
