Sarah Faizan is working with the Ali Institute for the past 17 years and is currently the head of academics. She is an enthusiastic Teacher Trainer with extensive teaching experience being equipped with the latest and most effective teaching methods. Sarah holds an M.Phil. Degree in Education with certifications in teacher training. She has worked with a variety of organizations and institutions; UNHCR, Unicef, UNESCO for designing and implementing their teacher training and for the Government sector as well. Sarah also works as a free-lance Global Master Trainer for the British Council on 21st Century Learning and Leadership. She has been trained and certified by UK consultant firm Imagine Education.
Maliha Hassan is a renowned teacher educator with a degree in English literature and TESOL certification. She has received training in Teacher and School Development from the UK. Along with working in Pakistan, Maliha has taught the English language at the adult level in the UK. Her teacher development experience spans over 12 years with the experience of training both public and private sector school teachers. She has taught and developed teachers across Pakistan. Her expertise also envisages developing networks of teachers. Maliha Hassan is working for the British Council as a free-lance trainer for the delivery of its blended English language development courses. She is full time employed at Ali Institute of Education as its Head of Centre of Excellence.
Saba Umer has been working with Ali Institute for the last one and a half years and currently working as a lecturer. She holds a Masters’s degree in English language teaching and art & design as well with certification in professional development. Her areas of expertise range from teaching four language skills, effective communication strategies, teaching 21st-century skills, the teaching of arts and resource development. Saba has a keen interest in developing new art techniques for teachers and implementing those techniques at a school level.
Nabeela Aslam is a chemistry graduate, educator, science coordinator and writer currently living in Lahore. She has been working with Ali Institute for the last one and half years. Nabeela works with the AIE team to design and coach scientific literacy education, science exhibitions and creative skills festivals for children from low income private schools of various districts of Punjab. Nabeela also worked with the School Education Department, Punjab in facilitation of Promoting Science Education in Government Schools of Lahore, Sheikhupura, Kasur and Nankana Sahib. She has experience in teaching graduates. She believes in a community where every child is empowered with the knowledge of everyday science and progress forward.
Faraz Haider has been working at Ali Institute of Education for the last five years. He has worked on versatile projects funded by: USAID, Babar Ali Foundation, DESKON, Alif Laila and so on.Currently, Mr. Fraz Haider promotes and implements literacy activities in low-income private schools of Lahore. He is specialized in holistic improvement of the schools through on-the-job training of the school management and teachers, promoting reading and creative learning culture, parents counseling, conducting and organizing literacy festivals, organizing competitions and exhibitions, sports events, development of schools' curriculum and libraries as well.
A passion for teaching has driven Ailya R. Massey to become an educator. He has a keen interest in learning new skills, hence he has worked with a non-profit organization Community Development Initiative in empowering the youth. He later joined Berger as an intern in the HR department. He is a multi-disciplinary teacher. He teaches Mathematics, English, etc. He is currently working at Ali Institute of Education. He has been working with the Ali Institute of Education since 2019. He is a student of M.Phi in Educational Leadership and Management with a specialization in Quality Management in Higher Education.
Abdul Rauf looks after implementation of the Donor Funded Projects team at AIE. His expertise lies in implementing education related projects across Pakistan. Rauf has experience in working with international donors (USAID, UNHCR, UNESCO) and local donors as well. Rauf is also a trainer who has experience in teaching hundreds of teachers 21st Century skills and concepts of Activity-based learning, multi-grade teaching and school management.
Forged in the hallowed hallways of the National College of Arts, Fahad Azad holds an M.Phil. degree in Multimedia arts, He is a design and multimedia specialist who spearheads visual marketing and branding for Ali Institute. Found a prolific graphic on Ali institutes social feeds and differing campaign design? That's his magic at work. He is working with the Ali institute for last six months showering his innovation and creativity in different leading projects. He has worked with different dynamic popular organizations; Pakwheels.com, Rozee.pk, Shubinak, Evernew Concept, Alrazi healthcare Diagnostic center, Healthwire.pk. He has been also involved with a variety of diverse international clients as a free-lancer; WWF, University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences, Festina Brand, Fatimid Foundation and Skovgaard Company.
Qudsia has joined AIE since 2017. She is having a Master's Degree in English Language and Linguistics. She is working as "Front Desk Executive" & “P.A to Director”. She provides administrative support to the Admissions and CPDC department, either as part of a team or individually. She is also responsible for implementation of office procedures and policies. Besides this, attendance management and AIE Facebook page management is also in her list of responsibilities.
Jamshaid Anwar has been working at Ali Institute of Education for the past twelve years. He joined AIE as an IT support Engineer. He is a highly competent and enthusiastic IT support specialist with experience of providing advice and practical assistance to system users. He also trains and supports educators in how to improve their teaching skill by using Information & Technology.
Uzma Iram has been associated with the Ali Institute of Education since 2011. She remained an active member of the Registrar office and Quality Assurance. Her official duties include providing continuous support to the students in their Academic Issues, giving guidance and counseling to the students as well as Academic Management. Ms. Iram holds an MBA degree and she is also a graduate of the Ali Institute of Education.
