With over a decade of service at the Ali Institute of Education, Uzma Irum has become an integral part of the institution’s academic ecosystem. Her multifaceted role combines student support with institutional quality enhancement. As an Academic Support Officer, Uzma provides comprehensive guidance to students throughout their educational journey. Her responsibilities span admissions coordination, academic counselling, and troubleshooting student issues. Her dual perspective as both an AIE graduate and administrator enables her to offer particularly insightful support. In her Quality Assurance capacity, Uzma works to maintain and elevate institutional standards. Her MBA training informs her systematic approach to process improvement and academic management. Fraz Haider is an experienced educationist and project leader with over a decade of expertise in educational project development, monitoring, and capacity building. As Head of Projects at the Ali Institute of Education, he has led several donor-funded initiatives focused on school improvement and institutional development. He specialises in monitoring and evaluation frameworks, field assessments, and leadership training. Through this course, he aims to equip school leaders, coordinators, and educators with practical tools and strategies to apply M&E systems effectively, enhancing instructional quality, strengthening accountability, and driving sustainable improvement in schools.

A passionate educator and miniature painting artist, Mahzaib Baloch holds a BFA and MA in Visual Arts from the National College of Arts, Lahore. Her work has been exhibited internationally, and she has participated in residencies focused on traditional arts. Currently teaching at the Ali Institute of Education, she integrates art into pedagogy, fostering student- centred, engaging classrooms. She conducts professional development sessions on creative writing, spoken English, and innovative summer camp programs to enhance learning experiences. Aqsa Chaudhary is a dedicated Chemistry and Education lecturer at the Ali Institute of Education, specialising in curriculum development and innovative science teaching. She specialises in leadership and management, training manual development, teacher training across all levels, activity-based learning, multigrade teaching, and 21st-century skills.
