Fraz Haider is an experienced educationist and project leader with over a decade of expertise in educational project development, monitoring, and capacity building. As Head of Projects at the Ali Institute of Education, he has led several donor-funded initiatives focused on school improvement and institutional development. He specialises in monitoring and evaluation frameworks, field assessments, and leadership training. Through this course, he aims to equip school leaders, coordinators, and educators with practical tools and strategies to apply M&E systems effectively, enhancing instructional quality, strengthening accountability, and driving sustainable improvement in schools.
