The Postgraduate Diploma in Educational Leadership & Management (PGD-ELM) is a HEC- recognized Diploma at Ali Institute of Education is an intensive one-year program designed to prepare current and aspiring school leaders for transformational roles in education management. This program equips participants with visionary leadership skills, strategic planning abilities, and the confidence to manage educational organizations effectively in today’s dynamic learning environments. Graduates emerge as educational leaders capable of driving school improvement, promoting innovation, and leading inclusive and sustainable learning communities.

This program is designed to suit the schedules of working professionals and is delivered entirely
online for maximum flexibility.

Mode of Delivery: Online Only
Program Duration: 12 Months (2 Semesters of 16–18 weeks each)
Attendance Requirement: A minimum of 80% attendance is mandatory for end-of-semester
examinations.

Admission Process

Award of Diploma

Students are required to complete an Internship during the program. This Internship carries 5 credit hours and is a compulsory component of the diploma.
