Recently, Ali Institute of Education (AIE) successfully conducted a comprehensive 40-hour training program aimed at empowering early childhood educators with a profound understanding of crucial topics in early childhood education. This transformative training encompassed a wide range of essential areas, including EPL (Experiential Play-Based Learning), Bloom’s Taxonomy, lesson planning, assessment techniques, reading strategies in early years, and the effective use of Jolly Phonics. Throughout the training, our expert instructor delved into the core principles of Experiential Play-Based Learning (EPL), emphasizing the importance of hands-on exploration, discovery, and creativity. Educators gained invaluable insights into how play serves as a powerful tool for cognitive, emotional, and social growth in young children.
